The Pilates instructor will not be liable for injuries that may be sustained during Pinot Pilates. During the Pinot Pilates session, the Pilates instructor is unable to take into consideration previous injuries or provide consultancy one on one. The Pilates instructor will not be responsible for the client intake of alcoholic beverages and will not be held to any liabilities. It is advised ahead of the class that if any exercises don't sit well, the client is advised to stop the movement immediately. Participation is at the clients discretion.

Pinot Pilates and its events is strictly for adults 18+. By participating in Pinot Pilates classes you agree that you are over 18 years and can legally consume alcohol.

Once confirmed, bookings are non refundable or able to be rescheduled.​

Events impacted due to COVID-19 will be subject to the venue and supplier agreements. Should the event be rescheduled, purchased tickets will continue to withstand for the next event.
